As you know, Mollywood superstar Mohanlal and Kollywood diva Trisha are teaming up for the first time for the upcoming Jeethu Joseph directorial 'Ram'. As several portions of the movie had to be shot in foreign locations, the filming of the movie came to a halt owing to the coronavirus pandemic. The latest is that the makers of the long-delayed movie have decided to resume the filming soon. As per the latest reports, Jeethu Joseph will be soon heading for location scouting and the shoot will be resumed in the month of June, in Europe.

Touted to be an action thriller, ‘Ram’ marks Mohanlal’s fourth collaboration with Jeethu Joseph after the success of the ‘Drishyam’ franchise and ‘12th Man’. The movie features Mohanlal and Trisha in the lead roles. It is to be noted that, 'Ram' is her second Malayalam movie after 'Hey Jude' (2019), directed by Shyama Prasad. In the movie, Trisha plays the female lead. The gorgeous actress plays the role of a doctor named Vineetha. Mohanlal's character in the movie is yet to be revealed. Made on a massive budget, the movie will be shot in multiple locations, including Dhanushkodi, Chennai, Delhi, Cairo, London, UK, Europe and Colombo among others.

'Ram' also features Indrajith, Durga Krishna, Leona Lishoy and Adil Hussain in important roles.Satheesh Kurup is the DOP and debutant Vishnu Shyam will be handling the music department.
