Mohanlal to join Bharatratna in May

Mohanlal is currently shooting for Ranjith's "Loham" which features Andrea Jeremiah opposite him. He will essay the role of a Taxi driver in the movie. Soon after completing the movie he will join "Bharatratna". The movie is being directed Anil who made his debut with the Mohanlal movie 'Douthyam'.

Anil has also directed Mohanlal in movies like 'Adiverukal' and 'Sooryagayathri'. His last directorial venture was the Suresh Gopi starrer 'Gangotri'. Another movie titled 'Manasu Muthal Manasu Vare' starring Nishant, Sreevidya and Lena has not been completed. "Bharatratna' is scheduled to begin by May 15th at Hyderabad.
