After making a successful drama-thriller Drishyam in 2013, which was remade in Tamil and Hindi, director Jeethu Joseph is once again teaming up with Mohanlal for a thriller titled 'Ram'. Mohanlal has joined the sets of the movie, which went on floors on Monday. The actor gave a sneak-peek to his fans about the movie by sharing a picture from the location. Sporting a salt and pepper look, the 'completer actor ' looks uber cool in his new makeover. In the picture, Mohanlal is seen with Bollywood actor Adil Hussain and 'Ram's' director Jeethu Joseph.

Trisha, who plays the female lead, is expected to join the shoot in the coming days. The actress will appear in the role of a wife and doctor. It is to be noted that, 'Ram' is her second Malayalam movie after 'Hey Jude' (2019), directed by Shyama Prasad. Indrajith Sukumaran will also be seen in a pivotal role. Produced by Ramesh P Pillai and Sudhan S Pillai under the banner of Abhishek Films, 'Ram' is set to hit the theatres on Onam 2020.
