Mollywood legend Mohanlal's daughter Vismaya may not have stepped into the cinema industry, but she does have a huge fan following for setting major fitness goals on social media. The youngster recently shared a video of her practicing the Chinese martial arts form Kung Fu. The star kid penned a lengthy note on how she is in love with the art. "These are just a few photos and videos from my time in Pai and training with @namyangkungfu My routines are messy and there are some sections missing in the middle lol- I’m still very much beginner level But it was amazing being there and learning it all. Also, the last video is from an animal shelter in Pai- @petes_mission They rescue and rehabilitate animals in need and I met the cutest doggos, pigs, horses and puppies there and absolutely loved getting to know them I had initially only planned to stay a few weeks but truly started to enjoy the Kung fu and also fell in love with Pai. Waking up to the most picturesque views and training by the mountains was magical Sooo I ended up extending my stay and I’m so glad I did Because what was really cool is the difference I felt from when I first got there to when I left. Being in Pai, at the shelter, at Nam yang, doing the Kung fu, especially the morning qigong really calmed my mind and body. The instructors were all so passionate about their art and taught with so much patience. And all around, it was such good vibes! And yea, it was just a beautiful time spent with beautiful people, learning this beautiful art. I’ll definitely be back ," wrote Vismaya as she shared a few pictures and videos from her training.

Vismaya Mohanlal is also an author. Her book ‘Grains of Stardust’ which is a collection of her paintings and poetry and thoughts, was well received by the readers. However, the star kid has great passion for martial arts just like her dad. It may be remembered that earlier too Vismaya had treated her followers with videos of her practice boxing and Thai martial arts. The videos of the same were viral too.
