Superstar Mohanlal managed an escape with a small injury, during the shoot of climax action scenes of his Onam film Ali Bhai, Yesterday.

The superstar was shooting at Perambur Binny mills for the film, and the director was taking the shots of the villain, Bombay based model Arimanm, firing at Lal. But somehow the gun didn't work at the time of the shot. When Lal was moving towards Ariman to enquire what happened with the gun, the dummy gun went off hitting Mohanlal in the lower eyelid.

The crew was shocked for some time after the incident, but after some first aid in the nearby hospital. Lal was back to the sets, to complete the shot.

In similar fashion, Mammootty also managed a narrow escape, a couple of months back while shooting for his recent films.
