Nithya Menon is the toast of the town now, with 'OK Kanmani' being lauded by all and sundry. Her acting in the movie has found much appreciation. When asked about her favorite actor, Nithya Menon as quick to give Mohanlal's name. With a steady flow of films in all the South Indian industries, Nithya's reply does give an insight into Mohanlal's tremendous ability to emote.

Recently Tamil superstar Suriya too had remarked that even Mohanlal's fingers can act. Nithya Menon had gone on record in the past saying that she would never accept offers which have Mohanlal or ammootty or any other older stars for that matter as her hero in any given movie. She has definitely stuck to that principle, but that doesn't take away her admiration for the complete actor.
