Mohanlal will be seen in a movie which will have him playing the role of Benz Vasu. The movie too is reportedly titled 'Benz Vasu'. The movie will be directed by G. Prajith, whose debut movie 'Oru Vadakkan Selfie' was a superhit. It was earlier said that the would be directed by Kamal. However, now Prajith has got the opportunity.

Mohanlal had had a slow year in 2015 in spite of the lukewarm successes of 'Ennum Eppozhum' and 'Loham'. Benz Vasu is expected to be an interesting movie. However, official confirmations regarding the movie has still not been received. Mohanlal has a few movies including one by Priyadarshan, a Telugu flick, a Jibu Jacob movie et al in the offing.
