In the new film with Renjith, Mohanlal is on to perform another character that he had never been in his career.

In this movie titled Sound of Music Lal will be appearing as a famous Drummer ala Shivamani, who is famous in national circuits. The film which is a musical will start next month and will hit the theatres as a Ramzan release.

Produced by P N Venugopal in the banner of P and V Associates, the film will be distributed by Marikkar films.
