After a break, Mohanlal will be back as a lover in the movie 'Laila O Laila'(LOL) which is currently on sets. Lal will come up as a business man named Jaya Mohan, whose life takes a sea change after he falls for Anjali, played by Amala Paul. This creates big rift in his relation with his business partner Shaheed Kahadar which also starts playing with his life. This is the nutshell of the story of 'Laila O Laila' written by Suresh Nair of 'Kahaani' fame.

The movie is indeed crucial for Joshy and Lal who has been with back to back flops in recent times. After the megahit 'Run Baby Run', Joshy had a few downers in 'Lokpal' and Avathaaram' which failed even to get a good start. Mohanlal is back after flops like 'Mr Fraud' and 'Peruchaazhi, after which he is eyeing for a hit in this 'Laila O Laila'.

Fine cuts entertainments produces the movie which also feature Joy Mathew and Rahuldev in other important roles.
