Veteran actor Mohanbabu congratulated Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and his mother Y S Vijayalakshmi for their victory in recent by-polls. Jagan and Vijayalakshmi are related to Mohanbabu through his daughter in law Viranica Reddy who is the niece of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.

Mohanbabu compared Jagan to Abhimanyu who got into 'Padmavyuham'. He said that in Mahabharatham, Abhimanyu didn't know how to come out of Padmavyuham but intoday's politics, Jagan knows how to come out of tricky political situations.Mohanbabu claimed that Jagan had silenced all his critics with this huge victory margin.

"My sister Vijayalakshmi and nephew Jagan won the elections with highest majority. Jagan's victory margin is second largest majority in the history of AP politics. I am proud of him. This victory of his is a reflection of good work done by his dad Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. I congratulate both Vijayamma and Jagan" Mohanbabu said in a statement.
