He is currently busy scripting 'Thani Oruvan 2' as well as other stories with the time gained due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Mohan Raja has shared about his daughter's prayers to save god and has written in Tamil " We taught my three-year-old daughter to fold her hands looking up at god and pray mon and dad and everyone else should be well. As we taught her she later started praying for her grandfather, grandmother, aunt and uncle and paternal uncle (Jayam Ravi) and also added something that we did not teach her and that is "God should be taken care of".

Mohan Raja has quizzed "Isn't that correct God is there to save us and who is there to save god from us". Well that sure is food for thought in these testing times when there is so much of divisive forces in action in the name of God.
