Veteran actor Mohan Babu's long-time wish has received fulfillment. He always wanted to see his son, Manchu Manoj, in a particular role. The same has been fructified by Shourya.

Speaking at the audio release function of Shourya, Mohan Babu said that Manoj is seen in such a role in the film. "I'm very happy that Manoj got to play this role. Dasarath is now like a family member. In the past, Manoj and Dasarath had teamed up for the film Sree. Now, it is Shourya," he said gleefully.

The proud father was also happy that Manoj's film got a fillip through Veda K's music. "I sincerely wish that Veda goes on to become a great music director. I wish that everyone associated with this film earns a good name."

The film is slated for a Feb release.
