Mohan Babu presented with rare honour

Dr. Manchu Mohan Babu's successful completion of 40 years in the industry has been celebrated. In continuation of this celebration, a book titled Best Dialogues, which chronicles the Dialogue King's oeuvre, was released at an event yesterday in the House of Commons, British Parliament.

The event was organized by Asianlite, a Britain-based newspaper catering, among others, to the Indian diaspora. "This is the first time that a Telugu book written by non-British writer is being unveiled by us," Azeez Anasudhin, the Editor said.

The rare honour was presented to Mohan Babu in recognition of his contribution to the fields of art and education. The actor read out an emotive speech, appealing for religious harmony and questioning religious identities.
