Bhavatharani, a talented singer in her own right, passed away on January 25th after a valiant battle with cancer. The news sent shockwaves through the industry, leaving many heartbroken.
In a heartwarming gesture of empathy, veteran actor Manchu Mohan Babu, accompanied by his wife Nirmala, paid a visit to Ilayaraja's family in Chennai. Witnessing the profound grief and sorrow, Mohan Babu and his wife offered solace and support to the grieving father.

Bhavatharani, a gifted vocalist, made her debut with the movie Rasaiya and continued to lend her voice to various memorable songs in films like Kadhalukku Mariadai, Bharti, Alagi, Friends, Paa, Mankatha, and Anegan.
