Gopichand, Tapsi and Shraddha Das are playing the lead in 'Mogudu' directed by creative director Krishnavamsi and produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions.

Dr Rajendra Prasad is playing the role of the hero’s father and it is a key role in the movie. This is the first ever combination for all the artistes and the technicians.

Producer says, 'Krishnavamsi had a distinct style of his own while directing romantic family entertainers. He is bringing out the film with several interesting elements like entertainment, love, romance and emotions. This would be a very different film in Gopichand's character and it is really a never before character for him. We have completed a huge schedule in the month of August and we shot some important scenes and choreographed two songs in Mauritius. After the return from abroad schedule we shot the climax in the Ramoji Film City. The schedule was complete by September 13. With this we almost wrapped up the shooting part but for the canning of two songs. The balance songs would be shot in Hyderabad itself from September 19. We are making efforts to release the film in October.'

Naresh, Roja and others are in the cast. Music is by Babu Shankar, camera is by Srikanth, while Baby Bhavya is presenting the film.
