Prime Minister Narendra Modi is today in Kedarnath Shrine in Uttarakhand. Earlier in the day, he prayed at a temple and later met the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand to review some development works. The PM was seen wearing an ethnic dress and speaking to officials.

The news is that he has started meditating in a cave. "He trekked 2 kms to the cave and on request of media allowed cameras to make initial visuals. Modi will begin his meditation in a few hours which will last till tomorrow morning. No media or personnel will be allowed in the vicinity of the cave," reports news agency ANI.

Tomorrow is the last date of polling. It seems the BJP supremo has taken the decision to meditate to derive spiritual strength in anticipation of a second term.
