Modi is of lower caste, has no knowledge about Hinduism: Cong leader

Before the Gujarat elections last year, Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyer described Narendra Modi as a neech admi. It was a casteist slur. Before the elections in Madhya Pradesh, another Congress leader has made a casteist and racist comment against Modi!
It's CP Joshi, who was recently caught commenting that Modi, Uma Bharti, and such BJP leaders who are not Brahmins have no knowledge about Hinduism. Only Pandits (meaning Brahmins) have the knowledge, Joshi said.
Needless to say, this speech could become a problem for Congress. The video has gone viral and the saffron party is said to be planning to use it thoroughly to gain the OBC vote in the upcoming elections in both Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
As per the latest update, Joshi has apologized for the remark after Rahul Gandhi asked him to say sorry.
