Telangana PCC President Revanth Reddy today alleged that the BJP and TRS are hands in glove with each other. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made remarks against Telananites in Parliament and yet, TRS MPs haven't expressed their disapproval in any manner. He suggested that TRS has been a mute spectator to the BJP leader's so-called anti-Telangana remarks.

Earlier today, Modi observed that the then ruling UPA, led by the Congress party, divided the State of Andhra Pradesh into two in a hasty and undemocratic manner by stifling debate on the floor of Parliament. They turned off the mics and blacked out the proceedings, the PM suggested.

This remark has been deemed to be a statement against the Telangana statehood. "Where is KCR when Modi has been spewing venom on Telanganites for two days?" Revanth Reddy asked.

He said that the martyrs who died for the cause of Telangana have been insulted by the PM.
