Among other things, showbiz is notorious for frauds and cheating. In a shocking news, a man has cheated about 15 women in the guise of a casting director. The culprit had promised the women roles in films and international fashion offers.

The man, a model by profession, has been identified as Viraj Roy. Reportedly he cheated the women of Rs. 25 lakh since June this year. All the victims are reportedly from Delhi.

Posing as a casting director and promising offers, Roy used to get the bank details, secret codes of ATM cards and used to transfer money into his account for shopping and expenses.

Not only Roy, the police have nabbed his wife as well who is suspected of having a role in this. He also ran a fictitious casting agency under the name of ‘Dream for Success’.
