'MLA', starring Kalyan Ram and Kajal Aggarwal, has been directed by debutante Upendra Madhav. Presented by TG Vishwa Prasad, it has been jointly produced by C Bharat Chowdhary and MV Kiran Reddy. Blue Planet Entertainments LLP and People Media Factory are the banners.

Talking about the progress of the movie, the makers say, "The talkie portions have been completed. We are travelling next month to shoot in foreign locations. We are going to release the movie in March."

The film's teaser is out today on the auspicious occasion of Bhogi. The makers are banking on Kalyan Ram's transformation in the film.

Ravi Kishen, Posani, Ajay, Shivaji Raja, Jayaprakash Reddy, Lasya and Manali Rathod are part of the cast. Among the comedians, Venenla Kishore and Prudhvi are prominent.

Music is by Mani Sharma. Written by Praveen Varma and Adi Narayana, it has the cinematography by Prasad Murella. Editing is by Thammiraju. Upendra Madhav has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues as well.
