Announcing the release date of 'MLA' (starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and Kajal Aggarwal) as March 23, producer Kiran Reddy on Wednesday said, "Last year, when we at Blue Planet Entertainments made 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri' in association with Suresh Productions, it was a big hit. We have now made 'MLA' in association with People Media Factory. Post-production works are going on. Censor activities will be done tomorrow."

Vishwa Prasad said, "We have previously done two independent movies on our banner in the US. 'MLA' is our first feature film. We hope it's going to be a big hit."

Vivek Kuchibotla said, "We have released two songs so far. The response has been great."

Bharat Chowdhary said, "We thank Kalyan Ram garu for the cooperation he extended."

Director Upendra Madhav said, "Our film is a full-fledged entertainer. Don't assume that this is a political movie. It's a fun film. The first half has a corporate setting. The second half has a rural backdrop."

Ravi Kishen, Posani, Ajay, Shivaji Raja, Jayaprakash Reddy, Lasya and Manali Rathod are part of the cast. Among the comedians, Vennela Kishore and Prudhvi are prominent.

Music is by Mani Sharma. Written by Praveen Varma and Adi Narayana, it has the cinematography by Prasad Murella. Editing is by Thammiraju. The director has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues as well.
