Actress Miya who has been away from doing full-fledged roles in Malayalam cinema is all set to make a comeback with director Shafi's upcoming comedy entertainer titled Sherlock Toms. Starring Biju Menon in the lead role, Miya will play as one of the two female leads - the other being Srinda.

After turning reporter in 32aam Adhyayam 23aam Vakyam and Memories, the actress will once again play the part in the upcoming venture. Her character name is Shiny Mattumel in the movie which also has Vijayaraghavan, Suresh Krishna, Salim Kumar, Shajon and Rafi in pivotal roles. The director, whose previous film was Two Countries, confirms that the film will be a fun movie which will explore the professional side of Miya's journalist character too.

Meanwhile, Biju Menon essays the role of a middle-aged man who dreams of becoming a private investigator as he was grown up reading Sherlock Holmes stories. In the movie, his character approaches everything with the perspective of a detective. The movie started rolling from May 7th in Angamaly and is expected to be an Onam release.
