Sid Sriram, the highest-paid south Indian singer, is in the news for a shocking reason. The sought-after crooner was reportedly treated badly by some drunk youths at a pub in Jubilee Hills on Sunday night.
As reported by Sakshi Post, Sid was performing at the Sun Burn Super Club when a few youngsters threw water and alcohol at him to disturb his performance. The playback singer is learned to have urged the mischief-mongers to behave. It is suggested by the report that he even warned them of legal consequences if they persisted with their behaviour.
Before the situation went out of hand, the management of the pub intervened and resolved the issue.
Sid hasn't opened up on the issue so far. His social media timeline doesn't hint that he wants to talk about it.
The 'Samajavaragamana' crooner is rumoureldy paid upwards of Rs 5 lakh for a song. Most recently, his song for Nithiin-Keerthy Suresh's 'Rang De' was released.
