Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 'Mirzya' recently released its second teaser and received an astounding response for the same. 'Mirzya', which introduces to the audience two budding actors with the debut of Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher. The second teaser which was an elaborate version of its preceding has built immense intrigue around the film. The teaser gives further insights into the films content, which is inspired by the folk tale of "the legend of Mirza-Sahiban".

'Mirzya' is an epic action-romance that plays out in contemporary times. The film unfolds filled with heightened drama and action packed sequences in the visually rich terrain of Rajasthan, juxtaposed with flashes of the fantastical universe of the folklore set in the bleakness of Ladakh.

The trailer features a masked Harshvardhan and the periphery of Saiyami amidst the mystic backdrop and drama unfolding leaving curisoity levels at an all time high. The story of 'Mirzya' has been written by poet and lyricist Gulzar, with music created and crafted by the musical trio of Shankar Ehsaan Loy. The film also features Anuj Chaudhary, all of whom make a dramatic entry in this untold love story and brought to life in the Director`s inimitable style. Produced by Cinestaan Film Company and ROMP Pictures, the film is set to release on 7th October 2016.
