In the recently released poster of 'Mirzya', we can figure that the movie has been filmed in beautiful locations of Rajasthan. The reason behind the breathtaking and stunning locations in the movie is the tenacity of Rakesh Omprakash Mehra and the 'Mirzya' team as they did a recce of over 50 palaces to lock the location of 2 palaces for shoot.

We were told that more than 50 palaces were shortlisted before zeroing in two palaces, which were used as the house of Saiyaami and Anujj Choudhary in the film. It`s ecumenical that Rakesh Omprakash Mehra is a genius when it comes to direction. His movies may get old as time passes but the auteur behind the movie is still young and vibrant.

The reason behind this is that the director gets into the nitty-gritty`s of every aspect of film making to make his film perfect and realistic. One of the most important aspect of his movies are locations, the director has a hawk's eye when it comes to locking locations for shoot. The locations used in his movies are chosen after a great amount of research, and then it is finalized for filming and same can be seen in 'Mirzya'.

'Mirzya' is an epic love story that is inspired by the folk tale of 'the legend of Mirza - Sahiban'. The film is scheduled for a grand release on October 7, 2016.
