Mirchi Shiva’s new movie with Simbu-Dhanush heroine launched with a quirky title

Mirchi Shiva who caught the public eye in Venkat Prabhu’s ‘Chennai 600028’ has been starring in hit films with high comedy quotients.  Some of his super hits are ‘Thamizh Padam’ and its sequel, ‘Kalakalappu’ and its sequel and ‘Thillu Mullu’. 

His upcoming movies are ‘Idiot’, ‘Sumo’, ‘Saloon’, etc and has also signed a few other interesting projects.  One of Shiva’s new movies has gone on floors today with the quirky title ‘Single Shakarum Smartphone Simranum’ produced by Lark Studios.

Megha Akash the heroine of Simbu in ‘VRV’ and Dhanush in ‘ENPT’ has been roped in to play the female lead.  This will be the first time that Mirchi Shiva and Megha Akash are teaming up.

‘Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum’ is directed by Vignesh Sha PN with Leon James scoring the music and veteran cinematographer Arthur A Wilson handling the camera.
