Minister Jayakumar says no place for Sasikala and TTV Dinakaran in ADMK

V.K.Sasikala the close aide of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister the late Jayalalitha recently returned to Chennai after serving four years prison term in the disproportionate wealth case in which she was the accused number two. Political analysts predicted that her return would create a big difference in the ADMK party in which she was the unofficial second in command before her arrest.

The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister EPS and his deputy OPS who once revered Sasikala were expected to form a truce with her but with just one month to go for the general elections nothing in this line has developed. It was also reported that the BJP has been pressurizing the ADMK to reinstate Sasi into the party.

The Fisheries Minister and ADMK spokesperson D. Jayakumar today speaking to newspersons strongly stated that there was no place for Sasikala or her nephew TTV Dinakaran in the ADMK. He further added that contrary to reports the BJP does not interfere in the internal affairs of his party and no one can do so. Does this signal the end of Sasikala and Dinakaran's association with the ADMK permanently remains to be seen.
