It was recently reported that SS Rajamouli would be moving to London for a few days to meet with Norman Foster's architects. He will be there to team up with them to work on the designs of government buildings in Amaravati, the AP capital. The government has fielded the 'Baahubali' director to fine-tune the extant designs as per some specifications.
On Monday evening, the Municipal Administration Minister Narayana and the Capital Region Development Authority officials called on Rajamouli at the latter's residence to discuss the issue.
The director is not charging any fee for his services. He is doing it as a goodwill gesture for the Telugu State. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was reportedly inspired by the way the Mahishmathi kingdom was designed in 'Baahubali-The Beginning'. That's why the director is on board.
