During Congress' UFO hearing, three military veterans testified, with one former Air Force intelligence officer asserting the existence of a classified "multi-decade" program involving reverse engineering of retrieved vessels, including non-human "biologics." The main focus of the discussion revolved around enhancing the reporting process for unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) and eliminating the stigma for pilots reporting such sightings, as well as ensuring proper government oversight of UAP investigations.

A whistleblower and retired Maj. David Grusch disclosed that he possesses knowledge of specific UAP locations and claimed that "non-human" biological matter was retrieved from the crafts. Grusch faced severe consequences and "administrative terrorism" after coming forward.

Additional testimony came from former Navy fighter pilot Ryan Graves and retired Cmdr. David Fravor, who recounted their own experiences with UAP encounters. Graves established Americans for Safe Aerospace to provide support for pilots reporting UAP sightings. Fravor provided a firsthand account of a perplexing UAP incident, which was also captured on video.

The public hearing attracted a diverse audience, including a 22-year-old individual from New York City, who was convinced of the witnesses' credibility. Congress is actively pushing for greater transparency from intelligence agencies concerning UAPs due to their potential impact on national security.

The veterans emphasized the need for a "safe and transparent" centralized reporting system to encourage more pilots to report UAP sightings and to ensure aviation safety.
