`Milaga' is the film produced by Sujith Sarkar and N Shyam Sundar under the banner Sree Nataraja Arts. It is a hot and spicy comedy mass masala entertainer in Madurai slang.
Ace cameraman Natraj is fondly called as Nutty has turned hero with this rustic Madurai flick. Poongodi and Suja are the heroines of this film. The hero is a chilli merchant and the heroines are college students. Singam Puli, Jaganath and G M Kumar are some others in the cast.
Ravi Maria is the director of this film. Balaji V Ranga has handled the camera.
About the film Ravi Maria said the base of the film is the feeling of helplessness when you come to know you have harmed somebody close to you unsuspectingly and then trying to compensate for the deeds. Kalaipuli S Thanu is releasing this film under the banner V Creations.

This is something like mischievous village young brats teasing girls rather enjoyably. Tavil and other percussion traverses well. The opening is heavily inspired from `Lalaku dol dapi ma' song from `Surian'. Vivega and Sabesh- Murali never let's you feel anything new. The closing nadhaswaram is a good finale.

This song gives a black and white era feel. Looks intentionally given that feel. You are reminded of many songs but particularly `Nee pathutu ponalum pakama ponalum' and `Oru Ponnu onnu naan paathen'. But the period feel is enjoyable. Cheeky lyric is cheerful through out. Instrumentation is also very windy 60s type. All said and done this song will be enjoyable if visualization also matches the classic feel.

Lyricist: Vivega
Sathyan sound a bit like Malaysia Vasudevan but this country ballad belongs to Prashantini. She proves she can handle country beats as easy as she handles urban strikes. The songs falls in romantic duet but the pace is unique. Another thing we noticed is a rock feel to village folk. Pick of the album.

Raunchy lyric sometimes goes overboard but the rhythm and orchestration are foot tapping. This song has too many varieties stuffed in one.

The lyric suggests the song is pushing the hero to revenge. One to feed the appetite of gana masters Sabesh-Murali. Urumi and nayandi melam ensemble gives a high.

Just a remix with a few rap bits to emphasise it is a remix. Though called a remix it subtly deviated from the original at many points.
On the whole the album gives a feeling of "I have heard it all before". But. but Sabesh-Murali has managed to still hold your attention. One thing you must agree is the variety in the album. I'll give it a try.
