LPopular singer Mika Singh is currently gearing up for his reality show 'Swyamvar- Mika Di Vohti'. The show will air on Star Bharat and it will have Mika Singh choosing one of the 12 girls who are going to compete against each other to marry the singer. While talking about the show in a recent media interaction, Mika revealed that he had turned down around 100 marriage proposals till now.

Apparently, Mika doesn't approve the way marriages are arranged in our society and he finds it disgusting that females are often treated and evaluated like commodities prior to wedding.

According to a report in The Indian Express, Mika stated, "I didn’t see any of them because I find it disgusting when a girl comes holding a tray, and you tell her you don’t approve of her. So, I ran away even before it reached this stage. Before rejecting any girl, I rejected myself."

Talking about how dynamics of marriage and relationships have changed in recent years, Mika Singh said, "People who have been together for 20 years are leaving each other. But that doesn’t mean you will not think about marriage. People’s perspective toward relationships has changed. Today, they first want their life to be good. If they think they are not compatible with their partner, they go their separate paths happily."
