'Michael', headlined by Sundeep Kishan, is hitting the screens this Friday (February 3). 'Happy Days' fame Varun Sandesh is looking forward to a reinvention of sorts with this movie.
In a recent interview, the film's director Ranjit Jeyakodi hinted that the 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' actor will surprise the audience in an unconventional role with his performance in 'Michael'. He also indicated that the 'D for Dopidi' actor is up for an image makeover because of the gangster action drama.
There are enough reasons to believe that Sandesh's modish look and wacky character in 'Michael' will impress the audience. Despite the fair share of competition he has to contend with in a film starring the likes of Vijay Sethupathi, Gautam Menon and Anasuya Bharadwaj, expect Sandesh to deliver a head-turning performance.
Last year, his attempt to score a hit came a cropper when 'Induvadana' flopped badly. But 'Michael' can turn out to be the best bet in years. Later this year, Sandesh will be seen in 'Yadbhaavam Tadbhavati', another film that will have him in a 'hatke' role. The actor is also doing SV Krishna Reddy's 'Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu', which is headlined by Sohel Ryan of the recent 'Lucky Lakshman' fame.
