The crime thriller 'Metro' that released last week has been showered with positive reviews and the film is expected to hold on well in its upcoming second week at the box office. The film directed by Anand Krishnan has made a right impact with the audience for its shockingly intense portrayal of the chain snatching networks operating in Chennai city.
Now talks have started for the Telugu remake of the film. Sources hint that a popular Tollywood Producer has evinced interest to bankroll the Telugu remake with Naga Chaitanya in the lead. Shirish Saravanan who acted as the hero in this film will act as the villain (hero's younger brother) in the Telugu version.
If this happens to be true, Shrish will the second to act as a hero in one version of a film and as a villain in another version of the same film. Earlier Vikram had acted in two different roles in Tamil and Hindi versions of Mani Ratnam's 'Ravanan'.
