Ex-Censor board chief Pahlaj Nihalini during his two year tenure wielded his sword of power to stifle many creators by implementing “strict’ rules about using cuss words in film and he was especially hard on any sex scenes  however important they may be for the story.  His rules obviously do not hold good for him as he has turned distributor for  'Julie 2' in which leading lady Raai Lakshmi has bared it all and is steamy hot and totally sensuous in all her scenes in the film going by the just released trailer.

Anand Krishnan the director of ‘Metro’ went through hell to get his much relevant movie about chain snatching gangs.  The film was allowed theatrical release only after an A certificate and the Television censor has been denied till today.  Here is the affected creator’s troll on Pahlaj Nihalani.
