Songs wherein the hero is chirpy and the heroine feigns annoyance have been a constant in our youthful films, be it love stories or commercial entertainers. The latest song from 'Meter', 'Oh Baby Jaaripomaake', draws heavily from the trope to deliver an enjoyable number. As Sai Kartheek's numbers go, this is one of the most lively ones.

After last week's song 'Chammak Chammak Pori', this one is another instance where Balaji's lyrics complement the dance choreography and mood very well. The song doesn't attempt to take the viewer into a dreamy world. The everyday locations add to the beauty of the song. The bass guitar, Dhanunjay's rendition, and other elements are pleasing.

Written and helmed by newcomer Ramesh Kaduri, the film comes with cinematography handled by Venkat C Dileep and Suresh Sarangam. The dialogues are written by the director and Surya. With art direction by JV, 'Meter' is produced by Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu.

Mythri Movie Makers has decided to release 'Meter' on April 7.
