Debutante Director Ranjith Jeyakodi’s ‘Mellisai’ is nearing completion. The director in a recent interview has said that just 10 to 12 days of shoot is remaining.

The director further said that the film has been shot predominantly in Chennai and the scenes that remains to be shot needs a locale with clouds and slight drizzles. Hence the director is currently in the process of zeroing in the location and also waiting for the call sheet of his lead actor Vijay Sethupathi who is busy with many other projects.

The director also adds that one more song needs to be shot and his team is working for to bring out the audio by next month. The film’s music is being composed by Sam C.S.

‘Mellisai’ stars Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathrie in lead roles. While the former plays a music album maker, the latter plays a violin teacher.
