'Mehbooba', a love story set in the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pak war, will hit the screens this summer. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, it has Akash Puri and Neha Shetty as the leads.

The news is that the much-awaited entertainer's production works are done. Its dubbing started today at Hyderabad's Prasad Labs. Dubbing will go on at a brisk pace.

"The recently-released teaser has been projected in 800 theatres across the Telugu states and US. And it has been getting a great response. On social media, the teaser has become quite popular. 'Mehbooba' is poised to become one of the best movies in Puri Jagannadh's career. Efforts are on to release the movie in a grand way in Summer," the makers recently said.

Produced on Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies, it has music by Sandeep Chowtha. Vishnu Sharma is the cinematographer. Editing is by Junaid Siddiqui. Action choreography is by Real Satish. Art direction is by Jani Sheik. Puri has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues.
