Actress Meghana Raj, wife of late actor Chiranjeevi Sarja welcomed a baby boy on Thursday. The happy announcement was made by Chiranjeevi Sarja's brother, Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja, on his Instagram.

"Boy baby... Jai Hanuman," wrote Dhruva Sarja on his Instagram story. His wife Prerana Shankar also shared the news on Instagram. "Meghana and Chiru blessed with baby boy. Thank you all for your prayers and support," she wrote.

Reportedly, Meghana checked into the same birthing suite that Chiru had picked for her. The family celebrated the occasion at the hospital and the pictures of Dhruva Sarja with the newborn baby are already viral on social media.

A day ago, the doting uncle was even seen buying a silver cradle worth rupees 10 lakh for the little one.

39-year-old Chiranjeevi Sarja, unfortunately, passed away on June 7th, 2020 due to a massive cardiac arrest leaving behind the four-month pregnant Meghana. The death had the entire South film industry in shock and scenes of the young actress weeping uncontrollably at the funeral moved fans to tears as well.
