Mammootty, who is basking in the success of his latest release Bheeshma Parvam, which has collected Rs. 75 cr worldwide, is still going strong. Now, the latest that we hear is the actor has signed a new project. According to latest reports, the Megastar is set to team up with Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha fame director Nissam Basheer. Touted to be a thriller, the upcoming is set to go on floors soon in Chalakkudy. Penned by Iblis fame Sameer Abdul, the upcoming movie will also have Grace Antony, Sharafudheen, Jagadish, Kottayam Naseer and Bindu Panicker in major roles. The film’s music is by Midhun Mukundan and cinematography is by Ananthakrishnan. The team is yet to finalise the movie's title. More updates are awaited!

Meanwhile, the actor is prepping up for the release of his new movie 'Puzhu' that has Parvathy in the female lead. He is also teaming up with filmmaker Aashiq Abu for a yet to be titled project that will be written by the writer Syam Pushkaran. He also has 'CBI 5: The Brain', 'Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam', among many others. He is also making his return to Telugu cinema with the movie Agent.
