Yesterday, we reported that a junior artiste named Sunitha Boya has alleged that Mega producer Bunny Vas conned her by promising roles in movies. She staged a protest on Tuesday and has since been taken into custody by the police.

On Thursday, Geetha Arts issued a statement about the whole controversy. "We have been facing a problem because of a woman (indirectly referring to Sunitha) appearing at our office and shooting locations demanding roles in our movies. On occasions, she behaved aggressively, needing police intervention. We registered complaints against her at Jubilee Hills and Madhapur police stations. A committee of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce is also looking into a complaint on her," the production house today said.

"Anyone who needs further clarification on this issue may either approach the film chamber of commerce or our PR Team," it further said.
