Kerala girl Merinda who shot to fame through social media with her 'Parotta' making skill is the talk of the town. After her father abandoned the family, the young B.com student started running a food stall with her mom, years ago to make their ends meet.
Initially, Merinda used to help her mother only for making tea and snacks. But after the Parotta master in their food stall left the job all of a sudden, Merinda's mom asked her if she could manage to make Porotta.
Merinda took up the task and her endless effort to make parotta soon became successful. As you know making parotta is not an easy task. But Merinda proudly says that she makes nearly 150 parottas a day out of 7-8 kilograms of flour. The sale begins at 12 in the noon and lasts till 10 at night.
Merinda is hoping to finish her graduation and join bank coaching to become a banker soon.
