Actress Aadhya Prasad who played a shot yet noticeable role in the Nayanthara and Kunchacko Boban starrer movie Nizhal has signed a big project. The gorgeous diva has been signed to play the leading lady in the recently announced film Anweshippin Kandethum. The movie which revolves around investigators has Tovino Thomas in the lead role.

Helmed by Darwin Kuriakose, the movie will have Aadhya playing a village belle. In an interview with TOI, director Darwin said she will be playing Muthumani. While talking about the project, Darwin said that the film is not on a particular investigation but focuses on the life of investigators. Written by Jinu V Abraham, the movie will mark the Malayalam debut of Tamil composer Santhosh Narayanan. Actors Nedumudi Venu, Nandu, Jaffer Idukki, Vijayakumar, and Alencier Ley Lopez also are part of the film’s cast.
