Meera Mitun has been mired in controversies for the past year or so and carried it to the 'Bigg Boss 3' show hosted by Kamal Haasan in which she accused that director Cheran manhandled her. Due to pressure many cases Meera was out of state for the past month or so and on her return met the press in which she made shocking allegations against Vijay TV and Tamil Nadu police.

Meera has alleged that the Tamil Nadu police have been accepting bribes from those against her and are indiscriminately filing FIRs on her and that's why she had to move to Mumbai where she feels the government is better. The starlet has alleged that Vijay TV and Endemol group management begged her to appear on the show and after utilizing her personality and content to up the TRP ratings they left her in the cold. She has alleged that the channel has not paid her for her thirty-five days stay in the 'Bigg Boss 3' house and that she is going to file a case claiming rupees one crore as compensation. Meera has further warned the channel and producers that she will approach the human rights commission and get the show banned. We will have to wait and watch what the Tamil Nadu police and the channel have to say about that.
