Meera Mitun's allegations against Bharathiraja after he slams her for Vijay and Suriya
- IndiaGlitz, [Monday,August 10 2020]
For the past few days Meera Mitun has angered the film fraternity and fans for her abusive attacks on Thalapathy Vijay, Suriya and their families and other artistes too. There was growing concern that the film organizations such as the Nadigar Sangam and the Producers Council should condemn the starlet fo her uncalled for campaigns against Kollywood achievers.
Legendary director Bharathiraja who has recently started a breakout Producers Council has slammed Meera Mitun in a letter worded in Tamil. Roughly translated Bharathiraja demanded calling Meera immature that she should stop attention-seeking by tarnishing the image of the top stars.
Bharathiraja has further stated that Vijay and Suriya in spite of the glamourous temptations in their fields have lead respectable married lives for long years and the care they take to set the correct example. The multiple award winner also expressed his anguish that nobody from the film industry came forward to defend their star members and failed to condemn Meera Mitun.
Meera on her part has alleged that Bharathiraja insisted that her scenes from the movie 'Namma Veettu Pilai' starring Sivakarthikeyan were cut. She has claimed that director Pandiraj informed her that the veteran director wished so. We have to wait and see how this fantastic claim is reacted to by those concerned.
