After a super-long hiatus, the dream girl of Kollywood is hitting the screens yet again. Meera Jasmine was not found to be active in the K-town for a few years now, but she is making a comeback in VTV Ganesh starrer 'Inga Enna Solluthu'; the movie also has Santhanam in a pivotal role. She is creating waves in Mollywood as well, signing movies in Malayalam too. While a buzz reports that Meera is pairing up with Mammootty yet again in 'Gangster', after Shyamaprasad's National Award winning 'Ore Kadal'. But script writer Abilash S Kumar, who is a close associate of director Aashiq Abu refutes the rumour, "Aashiq will work on 'Gangster' only after he completes 'Idukki Gold'. The cast crew for 'Gangster' has not yet been confirmed."

Meanwhile, 'Gangster' is the most discussed movie of the year, that features Mammootty in Aashiq film, after the director's debut movie 'Daddy Cool', where the superstar played the role of a cop. Ahmed Sidhique of Aashiq's 'Salt N' Pepper' fame will script 'Gangster'.
