For quite some time, fans of the National award winning actress Meera jasmine was siting dumb without getting any news about their favourite star. She was last seen in movies like ‘Raathrimazha’ and a host of dubbed movies. But the latest we hear is that Meera will shortly make a comeback through the movie titled as 'Samuelinte Makkal'.

Know, who is Samuel? It is the same lead character of the Laljose movie ‘Achanurangaatha veedu’, made immortal by Salim Kumar , which in fact was his graduation to serious roles. A movie planed as a sequence to 'Achanurangaatha veedu', it is yet to be cleared about which role Meera jasmine will play. Young star Unni Mukundan is now signed up to play the lead in his movie.

Babu Janardhanan who wrote the scripts for the original movie , will call the shots for this new project which will get into production activities only by the end of this year. Babu Janardhanan is currently busy with the shoot of his new project 'Bhakthiprasthanam-God for sale' in which Kunchakko Boban will appear as a fake Swamy.
