The acclaimed actress Meena leading a family life with Vidyasagar in Banneraghatta locality would prefer Kannada films as she is staying in Bangalore.

Actress Meena speaking to media on her first film after marriage ‘Hendthira Darbar’, releasing on 2nd July, disclosed that she resembles the middle class woman woes and pleasures in the film with counterpart Ramesh Aravind. “Every middle class woman can relate this role of me. How I aspire for the good of the family and later realize my flaws with a meager earning husband – you have to watch it in the theatres”, says Meena.

“I have not said good bye to films after marriage. When I was in Chennai I was doing all south Indian language films. I continue staying”, here she added to a question.

Meena plays the mother of two children in ‘Hendthira Darbar’. This is for the first time she has acted in the direction of eminent V Shekar.
