"Every phone has a secret! You better hope yours doesn't become Viral - If it does "Jagame Maaya - Bathuke Battal Sardhukoni Poya"," says producer Vijay Deverakonda, plugging the trailer for his maiden venture 'Meeku Maathrame Cheptha'. Tharun Bhascker plays a soon-to-be-wed youngster who has lost his mobile that has a dirty secret in it. He runs from pillar to post to trace it, worried that his marriage might get called off if the video is seen by his fiance.
Writer-director Shameer Sulthan casts the male lead as a hedonist who smokes, boozes, uses cuss words and goes beyond. Abhinav Gomatam plays the other partner in this part-bromantic comedy. The trailer is made all the more rib-tickling by Vennela Kishore's voice-over. Expect some relevant commentary on the ways of Indians.
The film also features Anasuya Bharadwaj, Naveen George, Vani Bhojan, Pavani Gangireddy and Avantika Mishra.
With music by Manthan Gunadeva, it has cinematography by Sivakumar.
