Mammootty's Mayavi still rules the box office with the surprise opening and is still going strong.Top five movies of the week are:

1. Mayavi: The film directed by Shafi is entering its fifth week. It has managed to collect more than five crores in the first 25 days and is maintaining its collections at 70 percent. The film is already declared as the first super hit of the year.

2. Detective: This one with Suresh Gopi in a double role has captured audiences with his meticulous investigation methods. The film is also expected to run steadily till the next Vishu.

3. Speed Track: The latest addition to the list is this Dileep film. The film which was waiting to get released for long has got a surprise opening. The film with good songs and thrilling climax is expected to become a winner.

4. Inspector Garud: The initial response and collections will make it an average earner. The film will reach fifty days, in major release centres this week.

5. Changathypoocha: This film by Newcomer S.P.Mahesh has managed to make an average initial and will be in the breakeven list.
