Thalapathy Vijay's 'Master' is currently the biggest film in Tamil cinema that has a lot riding on it including the revival of the theater business that is reeling under the coronavirus pandemic. There were rumours recently that the producers have decided to stream the film on OTT but they officially denied it and stated that the team is committed to give fans a theater experience.

We already broke the news to you earlier that XB Film Creators and Seven Screen Studios are planning for a grand Pongal 2021 release for 'Master' and have already zeroed in on the date as January 13th.

Ahead of the release of the film the 'Master' team is planning to give fans something more to celebrate and are likely to release the trailer as a grand New Year treat on January 1st 2021. The aim is to forget the woes of 2020 and welcome 2021 with hope with the Vaathi coming is what lies ahead for the Thalapathians.

'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music score by Anirudh Ravichander has Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shantanu Bhagyaraj and Arjun Das as the principle cast.
